River Neuse Suites hotel is located at the corner of South Avenue and Mildred Street, right on the majestic Neuse River where the view is four miles across.  We’re also located diagonally across the street from Oriental’s waterfront Lou-Mac park.  There is no fee for holding a wedding ceremony in the park and there is no fee for holding a wedding and/or reception on the lawn at River Neuse Suites Hotel as long as your guests book all of our 14 rooms.

Having a free waterfront wedding venue as well as a free waterfront reception venue can play a determining factor in a bride’s overall plan for her big day.  The bride simply guarantees all fourteen rooms, friends and family book their own rooms and pay for them, and all that’s left for the bride to do is to find a caterer and tent and other suppliers.
